DEEP SELF

Stage 1...

Do this at least twice a day. The more you do, the better you'll be.

 

This is not hypnosis. It is self-suggestion.

After you read these instructions, scroll down to the bottom so that only the flame is visible.

Darken the room you are in right now.

Close your eyes and listen to your breathing for about a minute.

Then open your eyes and watch the flame for about 2 minutes. Flow with its rhythm.

Then say to yourself three times, "I am getting deeper into my self."

After a while, give yourself ONE command dealing with one of your goals you have in life, or what ever else you wish to suggest to yourself. Speak as if speaking to a child: quietly but firmly.

Always use the present tense, e. g, "I am relaxing," "I am losing weight," "I am a nonsmoker."

When you feel like ending the exercise, say to yourself, "One, I am returning to alertness and clarity. Two, I'm becoming more alert and clear. Three, I'm completely alert and focused."

 

Now scroll to end, close your eyes and listen to your breathing for a while.
